About the Venue

The Charleston Community Event Center (CCEC) located at 645 Callow Ave., Bremerton, WA is an approximately 12,000 square foot commercial structure. The site includes an adjacent parking lot that provides off-street parking for patrons and event attendees. The front of the building features large picture windows and a primary entrance equipped with an ADA-accessible ramp, providing compliant access for individuals with mobility needs.

The facility consists primarily of a large open-floor plan, allowing for flexible configuration to accommodate a variety of uses, including community events, performances, and seasonal attractions such as a haunted house. Supporting areas include restroom facilities and space for storage, operations, and administrative functions. The building is equipped with an automatic fire sprinkler system.
